Renting a Handle

1. Open a rental listing or rental bundle.
2. Choose the rental duration.
3. Review rent, platform fee, network fee and close reserve.
4. Approve the transaction.

The Handle is held by the rental vault for the selected term.

During the rental

• The renter can use the Handle according to the rental terms.
• The owner cannot withdraw the Handle before the rental expires.
• The Keeper monitors the expiry and closes eligible rentals.

After expiry

The Keeper can close the rental and return or sweep the remaining value according to the current rental contract version.

Late or failed closure does not give the renter ownership of the Handle.

Fees

• Listing: 1 ADA per transaction
• Success fee: 1% of the rental price, minimum 1 ADA
• Keeper/relayer fee: separate
• Network fee: separate

The portal shows the relevant amounts before signing.
