Platform fees

A batch listing or cancel counts as one transaction for the platform fee.
Examples
- Sale at 50 ADA: 1% = 0.50 ADA, minimum 1 ADA applies → 1 ADA success fee.
- Sale at 250 ADA: 1% = 2.50 ADA → 2.50 ADA success fee.
- Pure 1:1 Handle swap: no 1% success fee; offer/listing transaction fee only.
The seller pays the success fee on a sale. The owner pays it on a rental. The seller pays it on an accepted offer.
Auction
- Bid fee: 1 ADA, non-refundable.
- Outbid bid: refunded without the bid fee.
- No-bid expiry: free.
Separate costs
- Keeper/relayer fee
- Cardano network fee
- Rental close reserve
- Collateral for transactions that require it
Legacy contracts keep their legacy fee behavior.
