All Koios and Blockfrost traffic goes through the central provider egress layer.

• Byte-limited batches
• Daily budget
• 80% usage cap
• Background tick and reserve
• 413 batch splitting
• Failover with cooldown

Do not call provider URLs directly from feature code. Use the existing gateway and budget path.
