Responsibilities

• close expired rentals and auctions
• sweep rental payments
• handle offer expiry where supported
• report health and balance
• never exceed the configured provider budget

Safety

• Keeper keys stay in the server environment.
• The frontend never receives Keeper credentials.
• Dry-run before enabling a new action.
• Monitor balance and failed transactions.
