Deployment manifest

The machine-readable Preprod manifest is stored in deployments/preprod.json.

It contains:

contract keys and names
spend/mint/template kinds
status: active, experimental or legacy
validator titles
template and script hashes
addresses and policy IDs
parameters
audit and source-verification status
